Augmented Reality Experience /Agency: Martin / Every time a valued Optimum video customer walks down a street where a movie or TV show was filmed they will get a notification on their phone. They will then see the movie sequence in the same location it was filmed in.
In order to better serve our or customers we ran regular surveys so we can bring them the most relevant content possible.
In an effort to cross sell with retail brands we created games with our customers favorite content.
Our social team partnered with the Brooklyn Brothers and began to develop social campaigns with influencers. We also began to use social listening as a both a PR tool and research tool to improve our customer service and product development and innovation.
